Cost for Getting a Medical Marijuana Card in CT

These are the fees to consider when getting a new medical marijuana (MMJ card) in Connecticut.

1. Evaluation Fee – This is the service we provide. New patient certifications are 149.00 ($125.00 for veterans), that includes the consultation and card. The first time appointment includes a phone consult to establish eligibility, and then a face-to-face appointment to discuss medical history and current symptoms. We will review the patient’s history of cannabis use, and answer all your questions regarding the process including how the dispensary works.
2. MMJ State Registration – Patients must register with the State of CT. This service is now free.
3. Cost of Medical Marijuana – The cost of the marijuana depends on the patient’s needs and varies from one dispensary to another. Many dispensaries will publish prices and allow you to pre-order their products which can come in a number of forms.

Renewal

CT Medical Marijuana certification lasts a year, and costs $99 for recertification.
