Cost for Getting a Medical Marijuana Card in CT

These are the fees to consider when getting a new medical marijuana (MMJ card) in Connecticut.

1. Evaluation Fee – New patient certifications are $149.00 ($125.00 for veterans) and $99.00 for renewals. This includes a face to face consultation through a tele-health call in which we establish eligibility. We will review the patient’s history of cannabis use, and answer all your questions regarding the process including how the dispensary works.
2. MMJ State Registration – Patients must register with the State of CT under no charge.
3. Cost of Medical Marijuana – The cost of the marijuana depends on the patient’s needs and varies from one dispensary to another. Many dispensaries will publish prices and allow you to pre-order their products which can come in a number of forms.

Renewal

CT Medical Marijuana certification lasts a year, and costs $99.00 for recertification.
